The service from the front desk is impeccable, with the staff providing quick check-in and assistance in planning trips to nearby attractions such as the big park. The breakfast in the Club Lounge is impressive, with a variety of options available. The hotel also offers facilities like a fully stocked gym, with trainers available to assist guests, and a portable magnified mirror in the bathroom. the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient stay.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the limited availability of outlets. There are only outlets in the bathroom and on the nightstands, with none at the desk.

Great service! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierges who went out of their way to assist me. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to shopping areas and top-class restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, with quality bedding and a motorized blackout blind that helped me get a restful sleep.

Some areas of the hotel seemed slow and unaware of customer needs. The pool was closed as I was looking forward to using it.

The sushi bar and breakfast bar were delicious and had a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and fine views of the city. The location was ideal, with fantastic restaurants nearby. Despite a small pool, the hotel made up for it with its perfect service and friendly staff were really nice to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient location.

One advantage that I enjoyed was the access to the Club lounge with a great dinner and breakfast spread.

The walls in the hotel were very thin, difficult for light sleepers like me to get a good night's rest. The bathroom in my room was small and the shower was cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.

The meeting venues were well-maintained and the staff was always there to assist. The hotel restaurant, Terraces, offered delicious food. I highly recommend Renaissance for a flawless and enjoyable stay.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel provided us with unparalleled luxury and exclusivity. the staff was incredibly accommodating, fulfilling our every need with a warm smile. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, with a serene atmosphere and top, of, the, line amenities. We especially enjoyed the full body massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with plush sun loungers.

The only issue we encountered was the limited restaurant options. While the on, site bar and snack bar were great for a quick bite or beverage, we had hoped for a more extensive menu with special diet options.

We stayed at this hotel for a luxurious weekend getaway. the service was impeccable, from the hospitable welcome to the attentive staff. the spa and wellness center was an exclusive treat, with a sauna, steam room, and full body massages that left us feeling completely relaxed. We also enjoyed the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool, with sun loungers that were perfect for soaking up the sun. the restaurant had special diet menus that catered to our dietary needs and the bar area was a great place for a nightcap.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the entertainment. While the hotel offered live entertainment, we found it to be lacking and expected more from a venue of this caliber.
